With an 88-year legacy, Weston Theater Company is the oldest professional theater in the State of Vermont, and the thirteenth oldest in the nation. Located in the picturesque village of Weston, we produce a robust schedule of blockbuster musicals, classic plays, and groundbreaking original works from June to October. From November to May, our focus turns to a popular music series, original work development, artist retreats, a winter cabaret, and presenting a variety of top regional film and theater artists.

Weston Theater Company is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We strongly encourage applicants from historically marginalized communities. WTC recognizes that historic institutional practices have led to an exclusionary and harmful environment for members of these communities, and is actively working to become a more diverse, anti-racist, inclusive organization. We acknowledge and welcome the complexity of the work ahead.
